Email from a real tour guide

Just some comments on yesterday's tour, which was my first since early July 2003.
I guess it was worth waiting all this time.
I put my all into it and working with Djerry was a great pleasure.
We worked as a team. He's an excellent driver and very attentive.
The people loved him and even made jokes that he was stalking us for as soon as we walked back from a site, he'd be pulling in.
I could go on and on, however I think it was a very pleasant and memorable experience for all.
We made excellent tips and that was great, though I never concern myself with that and I would NEVER ever even hint to the passengers about tips as some guides do in certain companies. I personally find it in poor taste and cheapening.
When we ended the tour, I wanted to sing and dance in the middle of Times Square!
This is was the tour I've always envisioned and prayed for! One that is relaxed, personal and get to see the sites and experience them.
I know they enjoyed the tour and got quite a lot out of it, that was my goal.
Again I must mention what a pleasant experience it was working with Djerry.
I am looking forward to the other tours you've scheduled for me to work this week and the next. If any need should arise for more, you can count on me.
New York Party Shuttle is something I believe in....you have the right idea.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity and I look forward to working more in the future.
I can't say enough how much I enjoyed working this tour.

We had a great time on the shuttle. It was 6 full hours of sight seeing. Robert was a great guide, and Levi was all the patience of Job rolled into one person.
I would highly recommend your tour to anyone, (and will) and when we saw the poor souls frozen on the big red bus we knew how blessed we were.

Subject: New York Party Shuttle Customer Inquiry
I took the tour last week when I was in New York for the first time. I
can only thank you for an entertaining, informative 6 hours. I had
made a list of all the things I wanted to see and do when I was in town
for such a short period of time. I had no idea how I was going to
cover such a long list in a short time. Boy did you make it easy for
me. The sites I wanted to see, you went to. Your trip allowed me to
spend the rest of my time in the city enjoying myself and not worrying
about having to see the attractions. The guide who was with us all the
way was a mind full of useful titbits about what we were seeing. He
got off with us at all the stops and put a story to the views we were
seeing. It is not often that I write to a company praising them, (this
is probably the first time), now complaint letters I'm good at! I'm
back in Scotland now, attempting to explain to my wife why it was so useful for me to go ahead and scout the place out while she stayed with
the kids. It appears that I will be back again with her at my expense
and we will definately be on your trip again.
Please feel free to use this email in any way you wish, (even if it is to highlight why sending emails when you have jetlag is a bad idea!.)
